Refund policy


Register Your Return

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item.

Please register your return via our return portal:

Returns must be registered within 14 days after receiving your order. After registering, you have an additional 14 days to send your items back.

Returns that are not registered within 14 days, or shipped later than 14 days after registration, may be refused.


Condition of Items

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors such as perfume or smoke, and any signs of wear

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All original labels and tags must still be attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender.


Return Process

To return your order, follow these steps:

  1. Register your return via the return portal

  2. Select your preferred carrier and drop off location

  3. Purchase your return label directly through the portal

  4. Receive your return label immediately after completing the process

  5. Drop off your package at the selected location

Returns are processed within a maximum of 5 business days after arrival at our fulfillment center. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been fully processed.


Refund

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for your order.

Once your return has been processed, the refund is initiated immediately. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few additional days before the amount is visible in your account.


Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer via the return portal

  • A €2 processing fee will be deducted from your refund

This processing fee does not apply if you choose:

  • An exchange

  • Store credit


Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, you can easily select this option in the return portal.

Once we receive your return, the new item will be shipped as soon as possible. If the requested size is out of stock, a refund will be issued.


Discounts and Partial Returns

If your order was placed with a promotional discount and part of the order is returned, the discount will be recalculated.

Example:
If you purchased 3 items with a discount and return 1 item, the discount no longer applies. The refund will be adjusted so that the remaining items are charged at their original full price.


Gifts and Free Items

If you received a free gift as part of a promotion or because your order exceeded a certain amount, this item must be returned if your remaining order total falls below the qualifying amount.

If the free gift is not returned, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund.
